On Thursday, Dubai records real estate sales worth more than AED2 billion

The real estate market in Dubai had 529 sales transactions worth AED1.89 billion on Thursday, along with 80 mortgage deals totaling AED133.23 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED48.36 million, according to data made public by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The sales of 501 villas and apartments for AED1.73 billion, 28 land plots worth AED156.11 million, and 72 mortgages for villas and apartments worth AED115.53 million, 8 land plots worth AED17.7 million made up today’s real estate transactions, which totaled over AED2 billion.
