The launch of Nesba, a two-building apartment complex inside the Aljada master plan, Sharjah’s largest community, has been announced by Arada.
The two Nesba blocks, which are expected to be finished by the end of 2025, have 291 residences with modern and innovative architecture.

The Nesba launch coincides with a busy period at Aljada, one of the largest megaprojects in the UAE, where 6,300 homes have already been finished and 2,600 more are being built.
The Arabic word for “Nesba” is “ratio,” and it alludes to the residents’ balanced and fulfilling lifestyle that will be made possible by the numerous sporting and recreational facilities that are nearby.
