According to Ithra Dubai, a well-known real estate developer and asset manager owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai, the landmark One Za’abeel building is now completing its final construction work and is scheduled to open in 2023.
The firm completed completely encasing in glass its three buildings, One Za’abeel The Residences, One Za’abeel Tower, and The Link, in the third quarter. The One Za’abeel construction is currently focused on the interior fit-out and will be open to residents and guests later in 2023, according the phased handover plan.
The Link is on course to beat the Guinness World Record for the “Longest Cantilevered Building,” which it now holds. The Link offers an elevated lifestyle destination and a variety of high-end activities, including a 360-degree observation deck affording captivating views of the city.
Ithra Dubai’s Chief Development Officer, Raad Al-Jarrah, stated: “We are creating an iconic mixed-use project that will enhance Dubai’s scenery. From concept to design and implementation, a lot of thought has been put into guaranteeing the residential, business, hospitality, and leisure components at One Za’abeel are fully integrated for an unparalleled, luxurious experience. Visitors of One Za’abeel will be driving straight into a premier urban oasis.”
One Za’abeel is a comprehensive project that includes 264 luxurious simplexes and duplexes that were put up for sale earlier this year. A famous business destination, One Za’abeel has 26,000 square meters of grade-A office space. Its strategic position close to Dubai’s commercial business center also draws international corporations to settle in one of the most sought-after business locations.
