Arada, a Sharjah developer, constructed Nest, an integrated student housing complex, which is part of the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah.
In Sharjah, five minutes’ drive from University City, the Dh700 million Nest complex comprises 2,473 fully furnished dorm rooms, both private and shared, spread across 12 residential buildings.
The Nest project comprises a 388,000-square-foot space, a jogging track, an amphitheater, a communal dining hall, TV rooms, study areas, an art studio, a music hall, a library, and other amenities.
Additionally, tenants will have access to separate male and female-only study rooms, gyms, and swimming pools.
In the surroundings of Sharjah’s most attractive lifestyle neighborhood, Nest provides students with an engaging and inspiring setting, according to the statement.
According to the developer’s statement, Arada has also agreed to provide Nest residents with a range of part-time job opportunities in neighboring retail and food and beverage businesses, both within the complex and within Aljada as a whole.
The lease for Nest, which will start in January, will be organized by the on-site management teams at Arada.
