On Tuesday, Dubai records real estate sales worth more than AED1.2 billion

The real estate market in Dubai had 505 sales transactions worth AED1.06 billion on Tuesday, along with 55 mortgage agreements totaling AED82.22 million and 25 gift deals totaling AED86.73 million, according to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

463 houses and apartments worth a combined AED888.26 million and 42 land plots worth AED175.01 million were sold. The mortgages were for 45 villas and flats worth AED65.85 million and 10 land plots valued at AED16.37 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to about AED1.2 billion.
