Dubai registered more than AED1.7 billion in real estate deals on Monday

The real estate market in Dubai had 498 sales transactions worth AED 1.24 billion on Monday, along with 80 mortgage deals totaling AED 444.06 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED 65.68 million, according to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

The mortgages covered 29 land plots worth AED302.56 million and 51 villas and apartments worth AED141.5 million, increasing today’s real estate transactions to a total value of approximately AED1.7 billion. 29 land plots valued at AED248.33 million and 469 villas and apartments worth AED993.53 million were sold.
