Dubai reported 2,739 transactions this week totalling AED8.4 billion, according to the Dubai Land Department.
During the week ending August 26, 274 plots worth AED1.36 billion and 1,902 houses worth AED4.35 billion were sold in the emirate. (real estate)
A land sale in Business Bay for AED 110 million was the most costly transaction. A second land parcel in Wadi Al Safa 2 was sold for AED38.75 million in the second-largest deal.
Al Hebiah Fifth took the top spot on the list of transactions, with 100 sales worth AED284.4 million. Al Merkadh placed in third with 21 sales transactions totaling AED152 million, followed by Jabal Ali First in second place with 76 sales transactions totaling AED254.28 million.
