Alpago Properties has unveiled a “signature villa” on The Palm’s “Billionaire Row,” demonstrating that there is still room for more residents. Alpago will construct six villas, with prices ranging from Dh120 million to Dh300 million. One of these is finished.

The first residence, covering 10,000 square feet on Frond G, has been named “Riva Del Lusso.” The five-bedroom home comes with mandatory private beach access, a pool, and underground parking. Atlantis and the nearly finished Royal Atlantis can be seen in the “most stunning” ways due to their location.

“Being the playground of the world’s wealthiest individuals, ultra-luxurious residences are more important now than ever,” said Murat Ayyildiz, Chairman Of Alpago Group. “These signature villas (are) specially designed to accommodate the flawless Dubai lifestyle. We are proud to be at the forefront of establishing Dubai’s Middle East’s ‘billionaires’ row’ in Palm Jumeirah’s Frond G.”

On the Palm’s “Billionaire’s Row,” there are currently 13 iconic villas. Alpago’s planned Dh300 million offering will aim to outperform The Palm’s recent Dh280 million sale.

The architecture and interior design of the Riva del Lusso villa were created by Massimo Castagna and the “award-winning” firms SAOTA, Interni Design Experience, and CK architecture. The six villas are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Alpago revealed last year a Palm apartment project with one unit on each floor and the most expensive unit costing Dh200 million. Foster + Partners in the United Kingdom was in charge of the design.
