On the orders of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has authorized the payment of housing benefits totaling AED2.74 billion to 1,800 residents of Abu Dhabi.
As part of the housing benefits, low-income retirees and the heirs of mortgage holders who have passed away are exempt from loan repayments. Al Ain, Al Dhafra, and Abu Dhabi are included in the payment. Loans are available for the following housing types: new construction, remodeling, and rebuilding, as well as maintenance and expansion.
