On Wednesday, Dubai records real estate deals worth over AED1.9 billion

The real estate market in Dubai had 451 sales transactions worth AED1.2 billion on Wednesday, along with 82 mortgage deals totaling AED663.03 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED36.64 million, according to data given by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

35 land plots valued at AED384.67 million and 416 houses and apartments valued at AED819.39 million were sold.

The mortgages were for 66 villas and apartments totaling AED104.31 million and 16 land plots worth AED558.73 million, increasing the total value of today’s real estate deals to about AED1.9 billion.
