On Tuesday, Dubai records real estate sales worth more than AED6.3 billion

The real estate market in Dubai had 457 sales transactions worth AED5.96 billion on Tuesday, along with 77 mortgage deals totaling AED334.39 million and 25 gift deals totaling AED61.22 million, according to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

AED1.18 billion worth of 405 homes and apartments and AED4.78 billion worth of land parcels were sold.

The mortgages were for 59 villas and apartments worth AED220.28 million and 18 land plots worth AED114.11 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate deals to about AED6.3 billion.
