On December 13, Dubai records real estate deals of over AED 1.2 billion

According to information provided by the Dubai Land Department, the real estate market in Dubai saw 385 sales for AED936.65 million on Tuesday, 98 mortgage deals worth AED186.25 million, and 41 gift deals totaling AED131.82 million (DLD).

The total cost of the real estate deals completed so far exceeds AED 1.2 billion. The sales included 358 villas and apartments worth AED691.86 million, 27 land plots worth AED244.79 million, and 88 villas and flats worth AED145.06 million, as well as 10 land plots worth AED41.19 million.
