The Khorfakkan Mountains and the Gulf of Oman are the backdrop for the opulent freehold property known as Ajwan — Khorfakkan Residence, which was formally launched on Thursday by Sharjah Development and Investment Authority (Shurooq), the project’s master developer.

The 65,269 square meter project will have six residential towers with 184 units total, including spacious 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments.

The project includes a waterpark that is the first of its kind in the eastern region, as well as play areas and pools for kids and adults. The Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, the waterfalls, and the Al Rabi hiking trail are all within five minutes of this location. Public services like swimming pools, free access to the beach, slides, and water sports are promised by the waterpark.

The podium will contain a variety of services and activities on the first-floor level, from a lap pool and kids pool to play areas, and it offers beautiful living quarters with views of the open sea.

The project was shown on the opening day of the “Acres 2023” real estate investment exhibition, which Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the director of the district and village affairs division in Sharjah, officially launched.

The four-day expo has participation from all the main Sharjah-based developers, including Alef, Arada, Shurooq, and others. The expo, which is located in Expo Centre Sharjah, is accessible to guests every day from 10 am to 8 pm and every Friday from 3 pm to 9 pm.

Additionally, Shurooq unveiled Sharjah Sustainability City’s final phase at Acres 2023.

The villas in the Sustainability City are designed to combine thermal insulating building materials, smart home automation, energy-efficient electrical connections, and rooftop solar PVC systems to reduce utility costs for inhabitants by up to 50%.

According to Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, CEO of Shurooq, the Khorfakkan project has enormous potential for Sharjah’s real estate and tourism industries.
