Dubai records weekly transactions worth more than AED7.3 billion

1,809 real estate transactions of AED7.3 billion were completed for the week ending October 7, 2022, according to data made public by the Dubai Land Department.

98 plots cost AED975.52 million, and 1,711 apartments and villas cost AED4.47 billion.

For the week, there were 157 properties worth a combined AED418.56 million that were mortgaged, for a total of AED1.47 billion.

Land in Business Bay sold for AED74 million, land in Umm Al Sheif sold for AED72 million, and land in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED58 million—these were the top three land deals. This week, Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens had 14 sales transactions totalling AED293 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had 15 sales transactions totaling AED52 million, and Jebel Ali had 18 sales transactions totaling AED58 million. Jebel Ali had the most transactions overall.

The top three Palm Jumeirah condo and villa transactions totaled AED 55,000,000, AED 42,000,000, and AED 36,000,000, respectively. This week, Business Bay had the most sales transactions worth AED363 million, followed by Palm Jumeirah with 143 sales transactions worth AED1 billion, and Umm Suqeim Third with 137 sales transactions worth AED370 million.
