33 land plots valued at AED382.44 million and 471 homes and apartments valued at AED954.05 million were sold.
According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 504 sales transactions worth AED1.34 billion on Tuesday, along with 98 mortgage deals worth AED1.26 billion and 23 gift transactions totaling AED269.13 million.
The mortgages included 14 land plots valued at AED112,62 million and 84 villas and flats worth AED1.15 billion, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to almost AED2.8 billion.
