Around AED8.6 billion in real estate deals are done in Dubai in a single week

For the week ending March 24, 2023, 3,164 real estate transactions of AED8.6 billion were completed, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department. (DLD).

The DLD data shows that 218 plots were sold for AED1.9 billion while 2,177 apartments and villas were sold for a total of AED4.73 billion.

The top three deals involved two Palm Jumeirah properties valued at AED 550 million and AED 74 million, respectively, as well as a property in Al Thanyah Fourth priced at AED 70 million. real estate

The most sales this week were made by Al Hebiah Fifth, with 94 deals worth AED326.67 million. Al Hebiah Fourth came in second with 25 deals totaling AED247.85 million, and Jabal Ali First had 24 transactions totaling AED65 million.

The top three transfers of apartments and villas were a unit in Mankhool valued at AED61 million, a unit in Palm Jumeirah valued at AED54 million, and a unit in Marsa Dubai valued at AED52 million.

Properties with mortgages totaled AED1.54 billion for the week. As this was going on, first-degree relatives were given grants for 349 properties totaling AED522 million.
