Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate in Dubai launched a new residential development in Al Badia, Dubai Festival City, on Monday.
Al Badia Terraces is a residential mid-rise tower complex with over 350 units.
Al Badia Terraces will have 132 one-bedroom units, 193 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units. The bedrooms start at 749 square feet for a one-bedroom, 1,183 square feet for a two-bedroom, and 1,942 square feet for a three-bedroom.
The project(Dubai Festival City) is expected to be finished in 24 months.
“Al Badia Terraces is intended to meet Dubai’s growing demand for high-quality real estate in vibrant locations, close to the city center, and at reasonable prices.” The project is in line with Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s goal of “developing projects that support the growing real estate market while meeting the diverse and rapidly fluctuating needs of residents and tenants,” according to Abdallah Hageali, Group Director – Mixed Use at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate.
