This year’s Opalz, Danube Properties‘ third project, sold out on the first day of sales, demonstrating the increased confidence that investors and the general public have in the builder and Dubai’s real estate market.

13 of the developer’s 17 projects have already been finished, according to Dubai. Opalz is the developer’s 18th project investment. Skyz and Pearlz were just just given construction contracts, and Gemz is still in the bidding process.

According to Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, “The investors, end-users, and brokers have been waiting to book flats in the new project for some time as the word about Opalz has gone out in the market.”

Since the start of sales earlier today, end-users, investors, and brokers have been waiting in line to purchase Opalz. The project has consequently been fully funded. This sell-out at launch in the current market conditions reflects the customers’ confidence in us and their growing trust in our ability to deliver opulent properties at an affordable price on time, with quality, and with a one percent per month payment plan – which is extremely uncommon in this part of the world,” said Sajan.

Opalz will be constructed at Dubai Science Park on a 66,985 square foot block of land, directly across from Dubai Hills Estate, and it will have an 800,000 square foot built-up area. It includes two 19-story buildings that are connected by a podium at the bottom and a sky bridge that connects them. The sky bridge is home to penthouses and communal areas, and it offers breathtaking views of the neighborhood from all angles.

By the time Opalz is complete in 2025, there will be 575 dwellings there, comprising 261 studio flats, 206 one-bedroom apartments, 69 two-bedroom apartments, 18 condominiums, and four penthouses.

With the opening of Opalz, Danube Properties‘ current development portfolio currently includes more than 8,847 apartments with a combined sales value of more than Dh6.17 billion. More over half of the portfolio’s entire value was represented by the 4,556 units it has supplied, which have a combined sales value of Dh3.63 billion.

The project is located in Dubai Science Park, which is just 10 minutes from Miracle Garden, Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and the Mall of the Emirates. Once completed, Opalz will be surrounded by a wide variety of community amenities, including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, parks, and retail and convenience stores. It is also well connected to Dubai International Airport and the recently opened Al Maktoum International Airport.

The concept includes a water conservation system, energy-efficient automatic lighting, and the most futuristic structure with a modern façade lit by LEDs. All Opalz apartments are smart homes, allowing residents access to home appliances through a smart home system, in addition to offering the utmost elegance and convenience for daily life through a variety of features and facilities.

The amenities at Opalz include a male/female prayer room with ablution, a floating cinema over a water body, a doctor on call, kids daycare/nanny on board, electric car charging point, shallow pool, kids pool, toddlers splash pad, jacuzzi, water lounge (In-built gym equipment aquatic gym), and family sitting. The business center on the ground floor also has a personal secretary.

For its residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Opalz offers a gym (M/F), open-air Yoga platform, rubber-floored jogging track, games area (pool table, snooker, table tennis), wellness center with a beauty salon, spa, steam sauna, treatment room, steam and sauna, and private sports training center at the top of the tower. There is a juice bar at Top Crown, a sky bridge at the tower’s crown, a multi-purpose hall/party hall, and sky lounges all available.
