According to a UAE-based company called Azizi Developments, Berton, a sizable residential development in Dubai’s Al Furjan neighborhood, is currently 98% complete and on track to be done in the second quarter.
It comprises 245 units in all, including 16 spectacular penthouses, 41 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 190 studios.
Structure, blockwork, internal plaster, tiling, lift, and façade work are now all 100% finished, while MEP, HVAC, exterior work, and the swimming pool are all 99% finished. It stated that 98% of the finishes have been completed.
On the key achievement, CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are immensely proud to have achieved a 98% completion rate for Berton, our prestigious residential development in Al Furjan, at such a rapid pace.
According to Azizi, “We are currently working to complete the final 2% and look forward to handing over the keys to hundreds of content families who will make this top-notch development their new home.”
