Sobha Realty showcased Sobha Hartland II, another master-planned mixed-use building, on the second day of Cityscape Dubai.
The well-known development has an eight million square foot footprint and is located in a prime position adjacent to Sobha Hartland. A gated community with 90 acres of open space and vegetation, five- to six-bedroom villas, and studio to four-bedroom apartments all offer ultra-luxurious living.
“In 2025, the project is anticipated to be finished. According to a Sobha Realty release on Tuesday, delivery of the villas and apartments is anticipated to start in the second and fourth quarters of 2025, respectively.
The project is being built with skill and quality, strictly adhering to the highest standards and environmentally friendly practices, according to P.N.C. Menon, the founder and chairman of the Sobha Group.
“At Sobha Realty, we provide our customers with the highest standards of living along with a variety of lifestyle amenities, and I believe that our new project will attract a myriad of investors and residents,” he said.
Menon claimed that Dubai has made a name for itself as one of the top markets for luxury real estate in the world, luring investors from all over the globe.
strategically placed
Sobha Hartland II is just seven to ten minutes from the center of town and offers breathtaking views of the Ras Al Khor nature preserve and the Burj Khalifa. It features a variety of contemporary amenities, including a clubhouse, places of worship, a school, a community shopping center, and a crystal lagoon with retail shops on the waterfront.
The project’s attraction is increased by the villas’ inclusion of a central, private body of water with a beach edge. Over 8,000 trees would be planted in the area, and parks and other open spaces would take up more than half of the land.
According to Francis Alfred, managing director of Sobha Realty, “The Sobha Hartland II is a testament to our dedication to delivering our clients the best and most sustainable living standards as well as a choice of lavish lifestyle amenities.”
