According to information released by Dubai’s Land Department, the real estate market in Dubai saw 461 sales transactions for AED1.25 billion on Wednesday, 95 mortgage transactions worth AED5.22 billion, and 53 gift transactions worth AED154.86 million (DLD).
The sales included 384 homes and apartments worth AED921.97 million as well as 77 land plots for AED332.08 million. The mortgages included 15 land plots valued at AED106.71 million and 80 villas and flats worth AED5.12 billion, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED6.6 billion.
