The real estate market in Dubai saw a spike in sales transactions on Thursday, according statistics made public by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD). A total of 487 sales transactions for AED1.33 billion were registered. In addition, records show that 14 gift deals totaling AED58.92 million and 101 mortgage deals totaling AED347.17 million were completed.
The sales transactions included 26 land plots worth AED160.65 million and 461 homes and apartments worth AED1.17 billion. The mortgage deals included 74 villas and apartments, worth AED211.57 million, and 27 land plots, valued at AED135.6 million. real estate
Overall, the total realty transactions on Thursday exceeded AED1.7 billion.
