The real estate market in Dubai had 547 sales transactions worth AED1.25 billion on Thursday, along with 95 mortgage transactions totaling AED386.79 million and 49 gift transactions totaling AED177.98 million, according to data given by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 503 homes and apartments worth a combined AED1.03 billion, as well as 44 land parcels valued AED214.38 million. real estate
The entire value of the mortgages, which included 91 houses and flats for AED288.67 million and 4 land plots worth AED98.13 million, was over AED1.8 billion.
