According to the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), the development of the Kalba Waterfront, the largest retail and first all-inclusive waterfront destination in Sharjah, has reached 100% completion, and the interior design of the residences is almost complete.
In Q4 2022, “Eagle Hills Sharjah Development,” a joint venture between Shurooq and Eagle Hills, plans to welcome guests to the waterfront attraction with integrated services.
There are still a few investment opportunities available for the AED119 million project, which has drawn a lot of investor interest because it is a prominent tourist and retail attraction in the Eastern Region.
The most recent first-rate building in Shurooq, spanning 183,000 square meters (sqm), offers a distinctive travel experience and new family-friendly concepts in the leisure and retail sectors.
Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, acting CEO of Shurooq, noted that the Kalba Waterfront is situated in one of the most beautiful and tranquil areas. It overlooks a tranquil lagoon ringed by mangroves, a well-liked hangout for individuals who like the great outdoors.
Al Qaseer said the project’s contemporary architectural design offers a useful and alluring retail experience that is accommodating to all visitors and locals. He said that the development would include 80 apartments, a range of dining establishments both inside and outside, and a long promenade that encircled the lagoon.
The project contains a 1,600 square meter play area that appeals to visitors of all ages, said the interim CEO of Shurooq. It features skating lanes, a trampoline, and a platform for free falls. Extreme adventure aficionados will have a rare chance to put their skills to the test in a variety of ways, including video games, rope walking, wall climbing, and more.
