In the week ending November 25, Dubai closed real estate deals totalling Dh15 billion

There were 2,867 real estate and property transactions in Dubai during the week ending November 25th, totaling Dh15 billion. Data from the Dubai Land Department shows that 2,867 transactions were documented throughout the past week.

During the week, 313 plots were purchased for Dh1.57 billion. 1,936 villas and apartments were also sold for Dh4.48 billion.

All three top transactions were recorded by Hadaeq Mohammed Bin Rashid, Dh24.15 million and Dh45.25 million. (real estate)

Al Hebiah Fifth had 110 sales transactions in this week’s transactions, which was worth Dh351.33 million. Jabal Ali First followed with 73 transactions valued at Dh236.59 million, and Al Yufrah 2 had 23 transactions that were worth Dh29 million.

A Jumeirah Second apartment sold for Dh52 million. Palm Jumeirah saw the conclusion of two transactions, each at Dh40 million.

Mortgages totaled Dh8.43 trillion for the week, with Al Warsan First land receiving the highest mortgage amount of Dh3 billion. 145 properties between first-degree relatives were given Dh523million. (real estate)
