Arada announced that it has begun transferring ownership of 114 townhouses and semi-detached villas in the Sarab 2 garden villa community within the Sharjah megaproject Aljada.

The two Sarab villages are home to the only villas and townhouses in the Aljada master plan. Every property at Sarab comes equipped with a stove, hood, washer, and dryer in addition to smart home features.

“The prompt delivery of the high-quality homes in Sarab 2 allows homeowners to enjoy an exceptional lifestyle in homes inspired by nature in one of the most desirable locations at the rapidly expanding Aljada community,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, group CEO of Arada.

The contract to build Sarab 2 was awarded to Dubai-based RAQ Contracting in October 2021.

The Boulevard residential complex in Aljada has 600 more units that Arada will start handing over in the coming weeks. At the Aljada site, where 25,000 apartments are anticipated to be built overall, 3,200 homes are now being built.

With a 24 million square foot area and an estimated cost of AED 24 billion, Aljada is the biggest project Sharjah has ever attempted. It will transform the Emirate. Aljada has many residential areas, as well as a commercial park, as well as a wide range of retail, restaurant, entertainment, recreational, educational, and healthcare facilities, all arranged within a lush, pedestrian-friendly master design.
